Environmental Education
Lower Muskingum Conservancy puts on a variety of educational programs covering topics including ground water protection, aquatic ecosystems, aquatic macroinvertebrates, water cycle, soil and erosion and water quality monitoring. LMC has worked with local schools, at 4-H camps, with scout troops and in after school programs to provide environmental education opportunities for youth in our area. Many of our educational programs can be tied to Ohio Academic Standards.
